What fish is best to eat during confinement?

You should eat more fish during the confinement period, but not all fish can be eaten. So, what kind of fish is best to eat during confinement?

1. Raw fish and red dates soup

Ingredients: 300 grams of carp, 30 grams of dates (dried), 200 grams of pork (lean), 3 grams of tangerine peel, and 3 grams of salt.

Method: Cut the raw fish and wash it. Remove the core of the red dates and wash them. Put the lean meat into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, then take it out and wash it. Soak the tangerine peel until soft, scrape out the pulp and wash it. Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, then add all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer the boiling soup for another 2 and a half hours over low heat, then add salt.

2. Crucian carp soup

Ingredients: 2 small crucian carps, a little salt, a little green onion, a little ginger, a little wolfberry

Preparation: Scrape the scales of the crucian carp, remove the fins and internal organs and wash it; use paper to dry the moisture; put a little oil in the pan, put the fish in, and fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown; use another pan, add cold water, put the fish in, add a little salt, onion and ginger slices; simmer until the soup is milky white and slightly thick; serve.

3. Green papaya stew with silver carp tail

Ingredients: 100g green papaya, 200g silver carp tail, 3 slices of ginger, 3 red dates Seasoning: 1 tbsp salad oil, 1/4 tbsp rice wine, 1/4 tsp salt

Method: Wash the ingredients. Cut green papaya into pieces. Soak the red dates until soft. Heat the oil in a pan, add the silver carp tail and fry until golden brown, then remove from the pan. Fry the ginger slices until golden brown, then remove from the heat. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add green papaya pieces and red dates, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Add ginger slices and silver carp tail, cook over high heat for 10 minutes, then season with salt and rice wine.

4. Red fermented rice fish

Ingredients: 3 slices of old ginger, 1 slice of catfish (about 150 grams), 1 scallion, 2 tablespoons of red yeast rice Seasoning: 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 teaspoon of sugar

Method: Wash the ingredients. Chop ginger and green onion into shreds. Heat sesame oil in a pan, fry the fish fillets until cooked, and serve. Continue to heat the remaining oil, stir-fry the shredded ginger, add red yeast rice, rice wine and sugar, bring to a boil and pour over the fish fillets. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions.

5. Steamed fish

Ingredients: 1 fresh turbot, 1 scallion, 1 piece of ginger, 1 teaspoon (5 grams) of salt, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of cooking wine, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, a small amount of white sugar, appropriate amount of oil and shredded red pepper.

Method: Rinse the turbot with clean water and brush off the mucus on the surface with a toothbrush. Coat both sides of the turbot with salt and cooking wine, and marinate for about 10 minutes; put a few slices of ginger on the turbot. Bring water to a boil in a pot, place the turbot on the rack in a plate, and steam the turbot over high heat for 8 minutes. After the turbot is steamed, take it out and place a layer of shredded green onion, red pepper and ginger. Pour the seasoned light soy sauce into the pan, heat it slightly and pour it over the fish. Prepare a clean pan, put oil in the pan, heat the oil until you see smoke in the pan, then pour the hot oil on the fish and you're done.
