7 weeks of pregnancy, heavy bleeding, no fetal heartbeat, fetal bud, abdominal pain

Under normal circumstances, a pregnant woman can see the embryo and fetal heartbeat through B-ultrasound examination when she is more than seven weeks pregnant. If there is bleeding, no fetal heartbeat, and abdominal pain, it means that the embryo has not developed and symptoms of miscarriage have appeared. At this time, it is best to have an artificial abortion, which can completely remove the embryo and its tissue, avoid residual tissue in the uterus, and enable the patient to recover quickly.

Causes of absence of fetal heartbeat

1. Fetal factors

First, consider abnormal embryo development, which is one of the most common causes of habitual miscarriage in early pregnancy, among which chromosomal abnormalities account for a higher proportion. Then consider abnormal placenta. Because the trophoblast of the placenta is not fully developed, the placental villi degenerate, or the position of the placenta is too low, the placenta of the fetus cannot circulate well, which can also lead to miscarriage.

2. Maternal factors

First of all, if the expectant mother has an acute infectious disease, the virus will invade the placenta and cause the death of the fetus. Or if the expectant mother has a high fever or food poisoning, it will cause strong uterine contractions and lead to miscarriage. If the expectant mother has severe anemia or severe heart failure, it can easily lead to fetal hypoxia and death. If the expectant mother's uterus is defective, she has uterine fibroids, or uterine malformations, it will seriously affect the development of the fetus.
