Pregnant woman for more than five months has to go to the toilet after sex

Mothers need to pay great attention to all aspects during pregnancy. In addition to food, clothing, housing and transportation, they should also pay attention to some living habits. We all know that it is best not to have sex during pregnancy, but sometimes there are some uncontrollable situations. If you have sex when you are more than five months pregnant, it may also bring some consequences, such as constantly wanting to go to the toilet or even bleeding. So why does a pregnant woman who has had sex for more than five months want to go to the toilet too often?

1. Can you have sex during pregnancy?

It is generally recommended to avoid sexual intercourse during the first, second and third months of pregnancy. Because the embryo is in the development stage, especially the placenta and the mother's uterine wall are not tightly connected, if sexual intercourse occurs, it is very likely that the uterus will be vibrated due to improper movements or excessive mental excitement, which can easily cause the placenta to fall off and cause miscarriage.

Sexual intercourse is allowed during the second half of pregnancy (4, 5, or 6), but attention should be paid to the position so as not to compress the woman's abdomen. Moderation and change of sexual intercourse methods are recommended. Don't be too rough. Otherwise it may lead to miscarriage. Avoid having sex during the 7th, 8th and 9th months of pregnancy, otherwise it may lead to premature birth. As long as there is no miscarriage, sexual intercourse itself will not affect the fetus.

2. Other matters needing attention

Pay attention to a balanced diet and avoid picky eating. Eat as wide and varied a diet as possible. Eat more high-protein and high-quality protein foods and more vegetables and fruits. Avoid contact with toxic substances and radiation sources, as this may cause fetal malformations. Be sure to quit smoking and drinking. Nicotine and alcohol will increase the risk of fetal malformation or intellectual development defects. Eat less spicy food, otherwise it may cause diarrhea, abdominal pain and other uncomfortable symptoms. Also, be careful not to drink coffee and tea to prevent colds. Special attention should also be paid to: (1) Pay attention to the cleanliness of sexual organs. Both men and women must clean their external genitalia before sexual intercourse. (2) Exercise restraint, especially the husband’s actions should not be rough. It is best to avoid sexual intercourse positions where the man is on top.
