When menstruation comes, it gets wet

Menstruation is regulated by the interaction between reproductive hormones from the hypothalamus, pituitary gland and ovaries, and is generally accompanied by bleeding, tissue shedding and other phenomena. Generally, there are no special symptoms during menstruation. Sometimes there may be general discomfort, fatigue, breast pain, swelling of hands and feet, soreness and heaviness in the lower abdomen and back, etc. There may also be constipation, diarrhea (prostaglandin effect), frequent urination and poor appetite. Some patients experience symptoms such as headache, insomnia, palpitations, depression or irritability, which usually disappear naturally after menstruation.

When menstruation is coming, the lower part is wet:

1. The first day of bleeding is the beginning of the menstrual cycle. The interval between the first days of two menstruations is called the menstrual cycle. Therefore, the calculation of the menstrual cycle should include the time of menstruation. Some women only count the time when their menstruation stops, so they may think that their menstrual cycle is shortened. Clinically, some women often complain of irregular menstruation, with two periods in a month. In fact, if you calculate carefully, it is normal to have a menstrual period once at the beginning and end of the month. The normal menstrual cycle is 28 to 35 days. The length of the cycle may vary from person to person. 7 to 10 days early or late can be considered within the normal range. As long as a certain regularity can be maintained, it cannot be considered as irregular menstruation. It is normal for some women to have menstruation once every three months. This is a sign of good health for women. After giving birth, their qi and blood become deficient, and they will only have menstruation once a month.

2. The duration of menstruation is generally 3 to 7 days, and the amount of bleeding is within 100 ml, with the highest amount on the 2nd to 3rd day. Menstrual blood is generally dark red, uncoagulated, and contains cervical mucus and vaginal epithelial cells. Generally, women have no symptoms during menstruation, but a few may experience discomfort such as a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen or lumbar region, breast tenderness, constipation or diarrhea, and headache.

3. Many women often lament that they have bleeding every month due to menstruation, which greatly reduces the risk of cancer, which is about 40% lower than that of men. It can also increase blood circulation, frequently produce new blood, speed up metabolism, and has certain benefits to the body.

4. Generally there are no special symptoms, but sometimes there may be general discomfort, fatigue, breast pain, swelling of hands and feet, soreness and heaviness in the lower abdomen and back, etc. There may also be constipation, diarrhea (prostaglandin effect), frequent urination and poor appetite. Some patients experience symptoms such as headache, insomnia, palpitations, depression or irritability, which usually disappear naturally after menstruation.

5. In daily life, try to keep your private parts clean and use a cleanser that can effectively inhibit and kill bacteria that cause gynecological diseases. It can not only effectively inhibit and kill bacteria while cleaning the private parts, but also increase the private parts' own resistance. Women are yin, their physiological structure is more complex, and their organs are more fragile. If you are not careful, it may cause physiological and structural disorders of gynecological organs, and then cause gynecological diseases. Common gynecological diseases such as chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, cold body and limbs, dysmenorrhea, scanty menstruation, irregular menstruation, uterine cold and infertility can be treated through corresponding treatment in combination with Chinese medicine massage and foot bath. At the same time, the reflex zones of the feet can be stimulated. The commonly used one is the Wenmaishu sports massage wheel. The massage wheel drives the overall coordinated movement of the lower limbs, involving muscles and bones in multiple parts such as the thigh, calf, knee joint, ankle joint, sole and toes, and focuses on the sole and side of the foot to produce a massage effect, which can effectively regulate the body's physiological functions, improve the function of the immune system, and relieve menstrual disorders. To achieve the purpose of disease prevention, health care and physical fitness.
