Tip 1: Warm-up exercise (also known as hot pack preheating method)

Just as people should warm up before doing fitness exercises, penis enlargement exercises should also start with warming up. It will warm up the body of the penis and strengthen the corpora cavernosa and its elasticity.

First, you should hold the area around the glans when the penis is not erect (be careful not to cause pain), release it after 10 seconds, and repeat 10 times. Do stretching and rotation exercises, ten times each in clockwise and counterclockwise directions. This will give you a feeling that your penis is partially erect.

Next, wrap the penis and testicles with a hot towel. Method:

Wrap a hot towel that has been soaked in hot water for one minute around the penis and testicles for two minutes. Do not remove the hot towel even if it is unbearable because the heat will disappear quickly. Meanwhile, place your feet in hot water. The same method was used five times. Alternatively, you can warm up by taking a hot bath. Remember that the water temperature in the bathtub should be maintained at around 52 degrees Celsius, and the water height should be above the waist, and the duration should be 10-15 minutes.

Note: This method can dilate blood vessels, accelerate blood circulation in the human body, and speed up blood flow in the corpus cavernosum of the penis, thereby enhancing the effect of the exercise and increasing the size of the penis. However, it should be done before and after each practice to avoid possible injuries during practice.

Tip 2: Arabic JELQ method (also known as milking method)

This method is an aphrodisiac action invented by ancient Arab nomads. It is named because it is similar to the action of "milking". This method can increase the blood volume injected into the main body of the penis which dominates the erectile function, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing its size. It is said that if you do the JELQ maneuver frequently, the size of your penis will also increase. This should be continued (for at least 3 months) to ensure that the cell capacity in the penis body remains at its maximum. Before you start practicing, remember to gently grasp the head of your penis and pull it outward, then rotate the penis in a circular motion. After a few minutes, make sure your hot pack is ready and use the hot pack method to preheat.
