Such as cervical cancer, uterine cancer, etc. Some benign lesions may also cause this yellow-green vaginal discharge. Such as cervical polyps, submucosal myomas, and severe chronic cervicitis.

4. Yellow leucorrhea. Yellow-green vaginal discharge is common in mycoplasma and chlamydia infections; dark yellow vaginal discharge is caused by necrosis or degeneration of diseased tissue, and yellow-green vaginal discharge is common in subuterine fibroids, cervical cancer, uterine body cancer, and fallopian tube cancer.
