The 10th day of ovulation, the menstrual feeling is strong

Many women who want to get pregnant will calculate their ovulation period. Because having sex during ovulation will greatly increase the chances of pregnancy. However, many women feel that their period is coming around the tenth day after ovulation. What is going on? In fact, this may not be pregnancy, but just the discomfort symptoms caused by ovulation bleeding. Generally speaking, there are the following signs of pregnancy:

1. Delayed menstruation

If a woman of childbearing age has had sexual intercourse before and her period is delayed for more than a week, she should consider whether she is pregnant. There are many ways to determine whether you are pregnant, and using early pregnancy test strips to test early pregnancy is a common practice. In order to know accurately whether you are pregnant, you should go to the hospital for a blood HCG test.

2. Morning sickness

It is normal to experience nausea during pregnancy. Because in the early stages of pregnancy, the villous tissue of the placenta secretes a hormone that is closely related to vomiting.

Vomiting during pregnancy often occurs in the morning, usually starting one month after menstruation stops, and lasts for nearly two months before slowly subsiding. People with mild symptoms just feel a little nauseous in the morning and don't want to eat anything; people with severe symptoms will start feeling uncomfortable in the morning and continue throughout the day.

3. Breast pain

Under the influence of female hormones and progesterone from the ovaries, breast tenderness, including nipple tenderness and darkening of the areola, is common during pregnancy, and is all normal. This is partly due to enlarged breasts, but wearing full-size bras, so just be careful to reduce contact.

In addition, you should understand whether you are feeling irritable or depressed, because emotional disorders can cause blockage of the liver meridian. The breasts are where the liver meridian passes through, and the phenomenon of qi stagnation can also cause breast pain.

4. Insomnia

Hormones during pregnancy are different than usual, and people who already have sleep problems may be more likely to have sleep disorders. However, sleeping pills, anti-anxiety drugs or sedatives should not be used during pregnancy.

5. Frequent urination or difficulty urinating

In the early stages of pregnancy, pregnant women will urinate more frequently, especially at night. This is because the uterus in the pelvic cavity becomes larger and presses on the bladder, causing the bladder capacity to decrease. But after the first three months, the uterus enlarges to the abdominal cavity and the compression phenomenon disappears.

If you feel pain every time you urinate, or in severe cases, even feel a sharp pain or have a fever, you should seek medical attention immediately. Regardless of the severity of the symptoms, women should be careful as they may be signs of urethritis.

6. Vaginal bleeding

There are several possible causes of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy:

(1) Stimulation

A small number of pregnant women still have a small amount of menstruation every month in the early stages, but this period returns to normal after the fetus grows to three months old. The ancients called it "excited menstruation", "placenta", and "rat fetus". Its characteristics are a small amount of bleeding when the menstruation is due, and it stops in 1-3 days. Because it is a regular bleeding condition, women often become pregnant without knowing it.

(2) Tire leakage

This is a condition where a woman has a small amount of bleeding from her vagina for no apparent reason. If left untreated, prolonged bleeding and insufficient maternal blood can lead to fetal death or embryonic atrophy.

(3) Fetal movement disorder

If you experience lower back pain, abdominal pain, a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen, or a small amount of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, it means that the fetus is falling, which is a precursor to miscarriage. Traditional Chinese medicine calls it "fetal movement disorder", which is what Western medicine calls "threatened abortion".

(4) Ectopic pregnancy

An ectopic pregnancy can cause endocrine changes when the pregnancy stops. There may also be vaginal bleeding, which is often irregular spotting or dark brown. Some people may also bleed in larger amounts.
