The positive result of leukocyte lipase in routine examination of leucorrhea indicates the presence of mononuclear cells in the secretions, which indicates the presence of gynecological infectious diseases such as vaginitis, cervicitis, endometritis and so on. Simply relying on the test results of leukocyte lipase cannot accurately reflect the location of the inflammatory lesions and the actual type of microorganisms. It is necessary to combine routine leucorrhea examination, microbiological examination, and routine gynecological examination to confirm the diagnosis. If the diagnosis is bacterial infection of vaginal disease, you can consider placing metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets in the female vagina for treatment.
