Breast health has always been a concern for everyone, so many people's breasts often have physiological and pathological phenomena. Physiological breast discharge mostly occurs in women during lactation, menopause, and pregnancy. This situation is a normal physiological phenomenon of the breasts. 4. Kelp and crab shell soup: Take 60 grams of kelp, 50 grams of crab shell, 30 grams of lean pork, and appropriate amounts of oil, salt, onion and MSG. Soak and wash the kelp to remove the saltiness, then cut into shreds. Cut the lean pork into shreds. Dry and grind the crab shells. Put them into the pot together with the kelp and pork. 7. Wild yam drink: take 30 grams of wild yam and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Wash and slice the wild yam, add appropriate amount of water to boil it into a soup, remove the residue and take the juice, then add appropriate amount of brown sugar. Drink as you like.

2. What foods are good for your health if you have nipple discharge?

(1) It is advisable to eat more foods that have anti-breast cancer effects, such as seahorses, horseshoe crabs, cobra meat, sperm whale oil, toad meat, crabs, red snappers, clams, oysters, hawksbill turtle meat, kelp, asparagus, and agar-agar.

(2) It is advisable to eat more foods that can enhance immunity and prevent recurrence, including mulberries, kiwis, asparagus, pumpkin, coix seeds, green beans, yam, mushrooms, dried shrimps, crabs, herring, prawns, and snakes.

(3) For swelling, it is recommended to eat coix seed, loofah, red bean, taro, grape, lychee, water chestnut, crucian carp, catfish, mackerel, loach, yellow catfish, and field snail.

( 4) For swelling, pain, and nipple retraction, you should eat fennel, chopped green onion, shrimp, sea dragon, sperm whale, tangerine cake, grapefruit, and horseshoe crab.

3. What foods should you avoid if you have nipple discharge?

(1) Avoid smoking, drinking, coffee and cocoa.

( 2) Avoid spicy foods such as pepper, ginger, cinnamon, etc.

(3) Avoid eating fatty, fried, moldy, or pickled foods.

(4) Avoid eating irritating foods such as roosters.
