1. Chilled Fruit

2. Cool fruits

3. Hot fruits

Breastfeeding mothers should not eat too much. Excessive consumption of warm fruits in summer can easily cause getting a sore throat, such as hawthorn, cherry, pomegranate, lychee, etc. If breastfeeding mothers want to eat safely and healthily, it is more appropriate to eat neutral fruits, such as: grapes, apples, peaches, apricots, pineapples, longans, sugar cane, black plums, etc.
