How to maintain good health after ovarian removal

For more serious ovarian diseases, oophorectomy is sometimes required for treatment. For women who have undergone oophorectomy, they should pay more attention to recuperation in their daily lives. After all, the ovaries are important organs for secreting hormones. If this hormone is lacking, it can easily cause a deterioration in physical fitness, which has a relatively large impact on health. During their daily recuperation, patients must maintain an optimistic attitude, strengthen diet, etc.

1. Boiled tofu is healthier than fried tofu

Tofu and soy milk contain a lot of plant protein, which makes the ovaries stronger and the eggs healthier. But you must eat boiled tofu. The cooking oil used for fried tofu contains unsaturated fatty acids, which will destroy the activity of plant protein and reduce your health. Eating a small plate of tofu every day is enough. Excessive plant protein will put a burden on the kidneys.

2. Take less painkillers

A survey covering more than 4,000 European women showed that between the ages of 25 and 35, each person took an average of 77 painkillers per year, which would reduce the activity of eggs in the body by 7% compared to those who did not take painkillers. Experts say that painkillers inhibit brain nerves, and long-term use will "confuse" the nerve center, slowing down the commands sent to the ovaries and weakening the activity of eggs.

3. Be careful when maintaining your ovaries

The "ovarian care" popular in beauty salons is unreliable. A Japanese organization conducted a random inspection of more than 400 beauty salons in Asia and found that the essential oils used for ovarian care were of varying quality, with less than 20% of them being qualified. If it is not a very reliable and trustworthy beauty salon, do not go for "ovarian maintenance" casually. When the essential oil on the beautician's hands penetrates into the body, it will affect the endocrine level and even reduce the activity of eggs.

4. Red wine is more beneficial than beer

A research institute in the Netherlands found that drinking a small glass of red wine every day can increase egg activity by 20%. The polyphenols in red wine can make eggs healthier. The polyphenol content in white wine is only 10% lower than that in red wine, so it is also a healthy choice. However, the yeast in beer can "hypnotize" the ovaries and reduce the activity of eggs, so it is better to drink less.
