4. Take good care of your breasts

During pregnancy, the sebaceous glands have abundant metabolism, so it is necessary to clean the scale and scab on the nipples.

Cleaning and massaging the breasts can soften the breasts, make the breast skin smooth, help promote the growth and development of mammary gland tubes, make them unobstructed, and ensure sufficient secretion of milk. Cleaning the nipples and gently massaging them every day can increase their elasticity, make the nipple skin thicker and tougher, thereby increasing tolerance to sucking after childbirth and reducing the chance of nipple cracking after childbirth.

After giving birth: During breastfeeding, due to the sucking of the product, the nipples are soaked with milk, and the friction of underwear can easily cause nipple dryness, damage or eczema.
