What causes uterine fibroids?

1. Oral contraceptives: Some women who take contraceptives at an early age have a relatively higher chance of developing uterine fibroids.

2. Sexual dysfunction affects uterine health: Long-term sexual dysfunction between couples can easily cause hormone secretion disorders, leading to chronic pelvic congestion and inducing uterine fibroids in women.

3. Depressed women are more likely to suffer from uterine fibroids: Since middle-aged women face the dual pressures of life and work, they are prone to depression, which increases the secretion of estrogen, which is also one of the important reasons for women to develop uterine fibroids.

4. Unreasonable diet structure: Surveys show that women who mainly eat meat have a higher chance of developing uterine fibroids. Since vitamins can reduce the sensitivity of the uterine muscle layer to estrogen and have a regulatory effect on the female neuroendocrine system, especially vitamin C, women should pay more attention to their vitamin C intake.
