Breasts are the part that women are most proud of, because firm breasts can make women more attractive in life. However, breasts are also the hardest hit area for female diseases. More and more women are troubled by breast diseases. For example, why do many women have a lump in their breasts? Let me give you a brief introduction below. When people find a lump in their breast, their first reaction is whether they have breast cancer? Because people don’t know enough about breast lumps, they may have inexplicable worries and think that they are breast cancer. In fact, we can check it out by ourselves. When changing clothes at home, take off clothes, touch your right breast with your left hand, and touch your left breast with your right hand to see if there is any lump in the breast. If so, go to the hospital in time. (1) Breast lumps, accompanied by mild tenderness. The lumps are mostly near the periphery of the breast and are often confined to one side. As the lumps grow larger, they become cystic and may fluctuate near the periphery. This is related to the menstrual cycle and should be considered as breast hyperplasia. (2) Women aged 40-50 years have bright red bloody discharge from the nipple and no breast pain, but a soft, painful lump about the size of a cherry can be felt near the nipple. Slight pressure on the nipple will cause bloody discharge. After the liquid flows out, the lump becomes smaller and the pain disappears. Intraductal papilloma is suspected. (3) Also, during the special period of breastfeeding, when there is milk, the lump is very hard, and it feels like there are stones inside. When there is no milk, it is soft and you cannot feel any lumps. So you should also pay attention to it at this time. If there are lumps all the time, be careful of breast abscesses. (4) It is often seen in enlarged breasts. It has a smooth surface, soft texture, clear boundaries, and is painless to the touch. It is a breast lipoma. (5) Cyclic breast tenderness before menstruation, multiple nodular lumps felt in the breast, round, hard nodules with unclear boundaries that can be moved, and yellow-green, brown or bloody fluid oozing from the nipple, indicating suspected cystic breast hyperplasia. |
