Symptoms of menopausal anxiety in women

After entering menopause, women are prone to anxiety disorders, and these negative psychological conditions have a relatively large impact on women. Common symptoms are depression, inability to concentrate, long-term insomnia, palpitations, frequent urination, urgency, and tinnitus.

1. First of all, mental anxiety is one of the most typical symptoms of anxiety disorder

The anxiety disorder manifests itself in varying degrees of anxiety, including worry, tension, uneasiness and fear. The patient's expression is tense, his brows are furrowed, and his posture is stiff and unnatural. There are varying degrees of motor restlessness: increased small movements, inability to sit still, repetitive wandering, rubbing the hands and stamping the feet.

2. Second, inattention, irritability, inability to focus on one's own affairs, and sensitivity to sound and light

Due to the inability to concentrate, patients feel that their memory is impaired; they often have sleep disorders, mostly difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep all night. When anxiety attacks reach this point, the person may have trouble concentrating and may need to balance concerns such as driving, studying, working, or taking care of children. This can be the frustrating aspect of an episode. Because no one wants things to get out of control and because anxiety makes it impossible to focus.

3. Palpitations, frequent urination, tinnitus

It manifests as physical anxiety, mainly due to sympathetic nervous system hyperfunction. Symptoms involve many systems, such as dry mouth, chest tightness, hyperventilation, palpitations, frequent urination, tinnitus, etc. Sometimes this is the patient's initial complaint when they see a doctor, and they may feel a tightness in their chest as an attack begins to get worse. It won't be so acute that it could be mistaken for a heart attack. Instead, you may just feel a pressure in your chest or find it a little hard to breathe.
