Pelvic effusion, also known as pelvic hydrops, is a common gynecological disease in daily life. It has a great impact on women's health. However, recently, many friends have been told that they have pelvic effusion during examinations. But how is this pelvic effusion acquired and how should it be treated? Most female friends don’t know much about this. In fact, pelvic effusion is mostly caused by infection, foreign body reaction, pelvic and abdominal surgery, etc. There are four treatment methods, which are the same as the treatment methods for pelvic effusion. 1. Diagnosis of pelvic effusion Pelvic endoscopic effusion is relatively common clinically. When there is infection, foreign body reaction, or pelvic and abdominal surgery, a large amount of fibrin is precipitated in the abdominal cavity. When various factors lead to insufficient blood supply to the tissue damage area, the activity of plasminogen activator is inhibited, resulting in reduced fibrinolytic ability, connective tissue hyperplasia and organization to form a mass, which encapsulates the small intestine, colon, ovaries, fallopian tubes, etc., and inflammatory exudate accumulates in the cyst to form an endoscopic effusion. In addition to gynecological examination, ultrasound examination is the best diagnostic method for pelvic effusion. At present, with the sharp increase in pelvic inflammatory disease in women and the further increase in gynecological surgical operations, pelvic effusion has a tendency to increase year by year. Pelvic endoscopic effusion is characterized by a protracted course and great difficulty in cure. Treatment of pelvic effusion 1. General treatment: Relieve patients' mental concerns, enhance their confidence in treatment, increase nutrition, exercise, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and improve the body's resistance. 2. Physical therapy: benign warm stimulation can promote local blood circulation in the pelvic cavity. Improve the nutritional status of tissues and enhance metabolism to facilitate the absorption and disappearance of inflammation. 3. Drug treatment: Use anti-inflammatory drugs or hormone drugs for symptomatic treatment. 4. Surgical treatment: Surgical treatment is available for lumps such as hydrosalpinx or tubo-ovarian cysts. The principle of surgery is to completely cure the disease and avoid residual lesions. |
