Liver fire disturbance type. The symptoms include headache during menstruation, mainly swelling and pain in the temples on both sides, or even pain in the top of the head and neck, accompanied by depression, dizziness, irritability, fullness and pain in the chest and flanks, bitter mouth and dry throat, red tongue, thin yellow tongue coating, and rapid and stringy pulse. Solutions for menstrual headaches: 1. Estrogen: You can take estrogen for 3 days under the guidance of a doctor before your period; 2. Control your diet: Eat more foods that help relieve hormonal effects before and after menstruation, such as milk, fruits, vegetables, oats, oysters, etc. 3. Drink sweet drinks: Sugar can quickly increase the body's blood sugar content, while drinking water can increase the body's blood volume and improve brain ischemia. Therefore, when you are in pain, giving yourself a glass of sweet milk or juice can help relieve migraines caused by cerebral vasodilation and nerve compression. 4.
