How to store dried radish without spoiling

The completely dried radish can be directly packed in a plastic bag and stored in a ventilated and dry place. If the dried radish is not dry enough, it can be frozen in the refrigerator or preserved by pickling.

Put the pickled dried radish into an air-evacuated bag. This method usually keeps it for about 12 months.
