How to treat fallopian tube inflammation symptoms

In recent years, there have been countless cases of fallopian tube inflammation caused by minor gynecological inflammation, which has seriously damaged women's health and to a certain extent led to female infertility problems. At present, the treatment methods for fallopian tube inflammation are relatively complete, but it is still recommended that women seek medical treatment for gynecological diseases as early as possible and strictly prevent fallopian tube inflammation.

1. What are the symptoms of fallopian tube inflammation?

1. Infertility: The fallopian tube itself is damaged by the disease, forming a blockage and causing infertility. This is the symptom of chronic fallopian tube inflammation.

2. Abdominal pain: The patient has varying degrees of pain in the lower abdomen, which is mostly a hidden discomfort. The waist, back and sacrum have soreness, swelling and a sense of falling, which is often aggravated by excessive fatigue. Due to adhesions in the pelvic cavity, there may be bladder and rectal filling pain or emptying pain, or other

Symptoms of bladder and rectal irritation.

3. Menstrual irregularities: Frequent menstruation and excessive menstrual flow are the most common, which may be the result of pelvic congestion and ovarian dysfunction. Chronic inflammation leads to uterine fibrosis, incomplete uterine involution or adhesions that cause uterine position changes.

Abnormalities, etc., may cause excessive menstruation.

4. Dysmenorrhea: Dysmenorrhea caused by blood congestion in the pelvis at any time. Most of the time, abdominal pain begins one week before the menstrual period, and the pain becomes more severe as the menstrual period approaches, until the menstrual period comes.

2. How to treat fallopian tube inflammation

Absolute bed rest or semi-recumbent position is recommended to facilitate drainage and help limit inflammation. Drink plenty of water and a high-calorie, easily digestible semi-liquid diet. People with high fever should be given fluids to prevent dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. To correct constipation, take Chinese medicine, such as senna leaves, or use saline or 1, 2, or 3 doses of enema. Those who are in pain may be given sedatives and analgesics. For patients with severe peritoneal irritation symptoms in the acute phase, ice packs or hot water bags can be used to apply to the painful area (cold or hot compresses depend on the patient's comfort). After 6 to 7 days, gynecological examination and laboratory tests of total white blood cell count and erythrocyte sedimentation rate confirm that the condition has stabilized and infrared or short-wave diathermy therapy can be used instead.

3. Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Fallopian Tube Inflammation

Traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, softening and dispersing nodules.

(1) Oral Chinese medicine: Taohong Siwu Decoction with modifications. Traditional Chinese medicines in various places are mostly added with Fukang tablets, Jianfu tablets, Fuyankang, etc.

(2) Retention enema with Chinese herbal solution: 100 ml of Chinese herbal disinfectant solution (Violetia yedoensis, Taraxacum mongolicum, Patrinia chinensis, etc.) add 5 ml of 1% procaine, warm to 40 ± 1°C and perform retention enema, 1-2 times a day. One course of treatment is 7-10 days. Discontinue use during menstruation.

(3) Apply Chinese medicine bags externally, apply hot compresses with Chinese medicine bags, and apply homemade Chinese medicine tape to the lower abdomen.

(4) Chinese medicine sitz bath or infusion. For patients with chronic cervicitis or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, Chinese medicine solution sitz bath or vaginal irrigation or suppository can be used as appropriate. Such as Cleanse Yin Liquid, Fuyin Cleansing Liquid, Yeyean Liquid, etc.
