Traditional Chinese medicine teaches you how to treat oral ulcers

Oral ulcers are a common phenomenon in life. Although they are not a serious disease, they can still have a great impact on people's daily life. Oral ulcers will generally resolve on their own over time, but this process is relatively slow and may worsen the condition, so oral ulcers must be treated promptly.

reason:

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is mostly caused by heat accumulation in the heart and spleen, and excessive fire due to yin deficiency. Modern medicine believes that recurrent oral ulcers are closely related to immunity. In addition, the frequent occurrence of anemia, picky eating, indigestion, diarrhea, fever, lack of sleep, excessive fatigue, mental stress, work pressure, changes in menstrual cycle, etc. can also cause the body's immunity to decline and lead to frequent attacks of recurrent oral ulcers.

Treatment principles:

1. It is caused by heat accumulation in the spleen and stomach. It is advisable to eat foods that can clear away heat and purge fire, cool blood and clear the bowels.

2. If the heart fire is inflamed, it is advisable to eat foods that clear the heart and reduce fire, cool the blood and promote urination.

3. Because liver depression and qi stagnation are related to emotions and menstruation, the diet should be suitable for soothing the liver and regulating qi, and regulating Chong and Ren.

4. Patients with Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire should take Yin-nourishing and fire-reducing foods for conditioning.

5. Because it is caused by spleen deficiency and dampness, dietary treatment should include eating more foods that can replenish qi and strengthen the spleen, and aromatically eliminate dampness.

6. For those with spleen and kidney yang deficiency, the treatment should be to warm and tonify the spleen and kidney, dispel cold and eliminate dampness.

Treatment tips:

1. Honey gargle method: You can gargle with 10% honey, which can reduce inflammation, relieve pain and promote cell regeneration.

2. Honey therapy: Wash your mouth clean, then apply honey on the ulcer surface with a sterilized cotton swab. Do not eat or drink after application. After about 15 minutes, you can swallow the honey and saliva, and then continue to apply it. You can repeat the application several times a day.

3. Fungus therapy: Take 10 grams each of white fungus, black fungus and hawthorn, decoct them in water, drink the soup and eat the fungus, 1-2 times a day, to treat oral ulcers.

4. Cabbage root therapy: Take 60 grams of cabbage root, 15 grams of garlic sprouts, and 10 dates, decocted in water and taken 12 times a day to treat oral ulcers.

5. Rapeseed therapy: Take 30 grams of white radish seeds, 30 grams of mustard seeds, and 15 grams of green onion, mash them together, and apply them to the soles of the feet, once a day, to treat oral ulcers.

6. Apple therapy: Take an apple (or a pear), cut it into slices and put it in a container. Add cold water (enough to cover the apple or pear to be cooked) and heat it to boiling. After it cools down a little, hold it in your mouth together with wine for a while before eating. Use it for a few days to cure the disease.
