A woman with this temper will get breast disease at least once in her life

Recent studies have shown that unmarried and childless women are equally susceptible to breast hyperplasia, especially older, unmarried women who have never given birth or are breastfeeding.

Women may suffer from breast diseases, especially breast hyperplasia, throughout their lives. Breast hyperplasia is the most common breast disease in women. According to surveys, about 70% to 80% of women have breast hyperplasia to varying degrees. Don’t think that just because you are not married and have no children has nothing to do with breast hyperplasia. Recent studies have shown that unmarried and childless women are equally susceptible to breast hyperplasia, especially older, unmarried women who have never given birth or are breastfeeding.

Bad temper may cause breast hyperplasia

Unmarried women of advanced age with strange tempers tend to react too strongly to various external stimuli. Because of the "bad temper" and irritability, the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis function is disrupted, resulting in high estrogen and insufficient progesterone, causing breast structure disorder and leading to lobular hyperplasia of the breast. It is worth mentioning that breast hyperplasia in some childbearing women improves through endocrine regulation after pregnancy and lactation.

In fact, female friends don’t need to panic if they have breast hyperplasia. Because breast hyperplasia is a common and high-incidence disease among women of childbearing age aged 25-40, the proportion of patients with breast hyperplasia in breast clinics is as high as over 80%. The clinical manifestation is cyclical breast pain, which is more severe before the menstrual cycle and relieved or disappears after the cycle ends.

Therefore, it is recommended that female friends complete the major life events of getting married and having children before the age of 35. In addition, do not avoid breastfeeding after delivery, and always keep a cheerful mood. Do not sulk, be too anxious or irritable, because mental factors are also a major cause of breast diseases. Once breast disease is diagnosed, emotional regulation is the first priority, and you should actively seek treatment from a breast specialist.

Will breast hyperplasia develop into breast cancer?

Many young women worry that breast hyperplasia will further develop into breast cancer. This needs to be analyzed based on different situations: If it is just periodic breast pain and lumps that disappear after menstruation, the risk of cancer caused by this type of breast hyperplasia will not increase.

If the pain and lump persist, you need to see a breast specialist for further examination to understand the extent and pathological type of breast hyperplasia to determine whether it is cystic or solid. If it is a cyst, the risk of cancer does not increase.

However, if it is a solid mass and imaging suggests the possibility of malignancy, a biopsy is recommended to determine the pathological nature. If the pathology report shows cell proliferation, but the morphology is the same as normal cells (no atypia), the risk of cancer is 30%-90% higher than that of normal people; if the cell morphology is abnormal, the risk of cancer is 4-12 times higher than that of normal people.

Therefore, there is nothing abnormal if breast hyperplasia coincides with the menstrual cycle. However, if there is persistent pain and lumps, you should see a breast specialist, as breast hyperplasia may develop into breast cancer.

In short, there is no need to worry if you have breast hyperplasia. Most cases of breast hyperplasia are physiological changes, not inflammation or tumors, and do not require treatment. But women should be reminded not to ignore some minor daily problems, such as often holding grudges, irregular sleep, not liking to eat vegetarian food, excessive intake of animal protein, etc., which may cause breast hyperplasia.
