Who can't get sterilized?

Sterilization is a very common contraceptive method nowadays. It has been widely circulated. Many middle-aged friends cannot stand the stimulation of condoms and contraceptive drugs, so they will choose to take the way of sterilization. However, some people may still have the chance of getting pregnant after sterilization. So who can't sterilize? What kind of people are suitable for sterilization?

Recommendations for female sterilization

Before performing sterilization, the doctor needs to inform the patient that sterilization is not a 100% contraceptive method and that sterilization may still fail. If you want to restore your fertility, it is not necessarily successful and it will increase the chance of ectopic pregnancy. Therefore, before getting a vasectomy, you need to fully discuss with your husband whether you have decided not to have children, whether you have any underlying medical conditions that make anesthesia unsuitable, and what the possible effects of vasectomy may be.

Female tubal ligation methods:

Caesarean section: ligation during caesarean section, postpartum ligation without caesarean section, and mini laparotomy. When ligation is done during a caesarean section, there is no need for a separate laparotomy. When ligation is done after a non-caesarean section, only a small incision on the edge of the belly is required to complete the procedure. Normally, a mini laparotomy and ligation requires a small incision to be made at the upper edge of the pubic area. There are many methods of ligation, and one thing that should be noted is that the surgery should not affect the blood flow to the ovaries.

Laparoscopic: Laparoscopic ligation is performed during normal ligation, and the principle is also not to affect the blood flow to the ovaries.

Side effects of female sterilization

1. Failed sterilization: Female sterilization is not 100% successful because of the possibility of fallopian tube rupture, especially when laparoscopic sterilization is performed and the chance of this happening is higher when tissue burning is incomplete.

2. Ectopic pregnancy: If the ligation fails, the chance of ectopic pregnancy will be greatly increased. The failure of general open ligation will increase the chance of ectopic pregnancy by 10 times, and the failure of laparoscopy will increase the chance by up to 50 times.

3. Post-ligation syndrome in women: Post-ligation syndrome refers to the pelvic discomfort and pain, ovarian cysts and menstrual pain caused by ligation. The reasons for these symptoms are not very clear.

Generally speaking, there is a big difference between men and women when it comes to scabbing. Girls will undergo tubal ligation, while men will undergo vasectomy. The principles of ligation are different, and it will not affect ovarian bleeding, but some physical disorders may occur after women's orgasm, so everyone should pay more attention.
