How to prevent breast sagging during breastfeeding

For female friends, the deformation of body shape, sagging breasts and changes in overall curves after breastfeeding are a reality that we are very reluctant to face. In fact, during the breastfeeding period, as long as we persist in massage exercises, we can keep our breasts firm and beautiful, and make our figure more plump and charming. To prevent breast sagging, we can take care of our health through the following points.

1. Wear a bra regularly

It is important to wear a bra from the beginning of the breastfeeding period. If you don't, your breasts will likely sag noticeably after gaining weight. Especially when working or walking, the vibration will be severe and the sagging will be more obvious. After wearing it, it can provide obvious support to the breasts and is also beneficial for promoting milk secretion. When choosing a bra, you should pay attention to choosing one with underwire and the right size. After putting it on, you should make sure to adjust it to gather any excess fat into the bra.

2. Bathe your breasts. When showering, you can use the shower head to spray hot and cold water alternately, which will help increase skin tension and promote blood circulation. Before going to bed every day, you can lie on the bed, put the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of one hand together, and make fists clockwise inward with the nipple as the center, and do it 10 times each. This massage can increase the nutritional supply to the breasts and is beneficial to the secretion of estrogen.

3. Breast exercises are the most effective and economical way to beautify breasts. If you perform chest muscle exercises promptly after childbirth, your breasts will become firm. Of course, this also requires long-term persistence. Don't go on a diet to lose weight. Some new mothers are eager to go on a diet to lose weight because of their fat bodies. This is not advisable. Dieting will reduce the fat tissue in the breasts, causing the breasts to shrink.

As we all know, women will consume a variety of nutrients during the breastfeeding period, so many women will appear plump. At this time, many women will choose to diet and lose weight to quickly restore their figure. In fact, this is incorrect. Because dieting will not only lead to body deformation, but also cause dull and lusterless skin.
