Why are the vulvar bumps not painful or itchy?

Sometimes, abnormal conditions will occur in the female genitals, especially vulvar bumps, which are neither painful nor itchy. Such conditions need attention, as they may be a disease. Women will experience such conditions after suffering from vulvar pseudowarmth. There are many causes of the disease, but after suffering from such a disease, we must actively treat it. Let us understand the causes through the following introduction.

There are other possibilities for small bumps on the vulva:

One is caused by human papillomavirus infection, called genital warts.

The second is caused by general vaginal inflammation due to excessive leucorrhea and irritation, which is called pseudo-condyloma. Pseudocondyloma is a very common vulvar manifestation, which manifests as velvety or villous protrusions on the inner side of the labia minora. They may be pink or slightly transparent, roe-like, and of relatively uniform size, with no subjective symptoms.

Bumps on a woman's vulva may be pseudo-warmth of the vulva, which mainly occurs in healthy, young women, many of whom are unmarried. A survey of 1,175 healthy female workers in Nanjing was conducted, and 231 of them had pseudocondyloma acuminatum, with an incidence rate of 20%. This shows the prevalence of the disease. However, pseudo-warmth warts do not affect physiological functions and are not sexually transmitted diseases, so they generally do not require treatment.

Small pimples:

① Location: Occurs on the inner side of the labia minora and the vestibule on both sides.

②Appearance: Looks like many small fish roe-like particles, or velvety, etc.

③Number: multiple.

④Changes: These small bumps will not grow bigger.

⑤Symptoms: None.

Then it is most likely pseudo-warmth of the vulva.

Through the above introduction, we understand that vulvar bumps that are painless and itchy may be a disease. We must go to the hospital for examination after such a situation occurs, and carry out targeted treatment after finding out the cause. In normal times, we must also pay attention to our diet, not eat spicy and irritating foods, and not have sexual intercourse.
