The third focus is on chest exercise: straighten your back, lift your head and chest. You can also hold books or other objects with both hands in front of your chest. Remember, stretching your elbows is the key. At this time, you should alternately inhale and exhale while stretching your arms forward, as if you are going to press the palms of your hands hard. Use your chest to push, and do this slowly for about 10 times.
