How to do chest aerobics?

Every woman hopes that her breasts can be full and firm, so that her curves will be more graceful and she will look good in any clothes. But in reality, many women have small and flat breasts, and are often called Princess Taiping by others. Such people often feel very inferior. So, is there any way to make the breasts grow again, whiter, tenderer and fuller?

1. Ball squeeze exercise

Sit on a chair, stand on tiptoe, bend your arms in front of your chest, hold a tennis ball (or a small ball) in the palms of your hands, press your fingers against each other, and squeeze the ball hard. Keeping the squeeze, slowly stretch your arms forward, straighten them, then bring them back and relax for a moment. Repeat 10 times.

2. Push-ups

Place your hands on the ground with your arms and legs spread out, place your feet on a bench, and hook your toes together on the edge of the bench. Move your body vertically downward, making sure to keep your torso and legs straight as you move. Continue until your arms are bent to 90 degrees and your chest touches the floor. You can feel your chest muscles stretching. Then slowly return to the original position in the opposite direction. To keep your chest muscles stretched, don't fully straighten your elbows at the top of the move.

3. Kneeling chest-lifting exercise

Kneel on the ground, place your hands on the ground, keep your torso and legs straight, and move your body vertically downward. Try to contract your abdominal muscles. Lower your body until your arms are bent at 90 degrees, and slowly lower your body until your chest touches the ground. You can feel your chest muscles stretching. Then slowly return to the original position in the opposite direction. Also, to keep your chest muscles constantly tense, don't fully straighten your elbows at the top of the move.

If your breasts are not as you wish, don't feel too inferior, because if you can stick to the above movements, you can make your breasts develop again, which will make your flat chest become "hilly". While doing these movements, if you can add some dietary adjustments, such as eating more breast-enhancing foods such as green papaya, your breasts will develop better.
