Rapid treatment of female endocrine disorders

Endocrine disorders are a problem that almost every woman will have. Nowadays, people don’t pay attention to their diet and don’t like to exercise, which can easily lead to physical problems. Many endocrine disorders are caused by improper diet. People also always stay up late and play some electronic products, which will cause certain problems in their physical condition. Let’s talk about some quick treatments for female endocrine disorders.

Western medicine

When it comes to endocrine disorders, the guiding principle of Western medicine is of course to regulate the endocrine system so that it can be restored to balance. There will be different coping methods for different causes, symptoms, physical conditions and severity. Usually, for hyperfunction caused by excessive hormone secretion, the principle of inhibition and reduction is adopted. Surgical removal of endocrine tumors or medications to inhibit hormone secretion and synthesis can be adopted. For disorders caused by insufficient hormone secretion, the principle is to supplement the deficiency, including supplementing with physiological doses of hormones.

Traditional Chinese Medicine

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, endocrine disorders are a manifestation of Yin deficiency, which is caused by stagnation of Qi and blood. Blood stasis in the body, blocked blood vessels, invasion of external toxins, and irregular lifestyle may all lead to endocrine disorders. Many common diseases in women are actually caused by endocrine disorders. Therefore, to treat these diseases, we must start with regulating the endocrine system, so that Qi and blood can flow smoothly, the essence and blood can nourish the whole body, promote blood circulation, and comprehensively regulate from the inside out. According to the principle of TCM's syndrome differentiation and treatment, those with hyperfunction should pay more attention to yin-nourishing treatment, while those with hypofunction often show symptoms of qi and blood deficiency, kidney deficiency, etc., and are generally given blood-tonifying and qi-tonifying, kidney-tonifying and other treatments to improve the situation.

To treat endocrine disorders with conditioning methods, we should mainly start from exercise and diet, and drug treatment can be used when necessary.

The above is an introduction to the rapid treatment of female endocrine disorders. Although we only talked about the treatment methods in general and there are no specific treatment measures, it is because everyone's physique is different, so the treatment methods are also different. If any female friend has endocrine disorders, she should go to the hospital for examination in time, and then receive timely treatment according to the condition.
