What are the symptoms of uterine inflammation?

Uterine inflammation is a major problem that often troubles female friends, and some of them have recurring attacks. Many married female friends will have uterine inflammation. They always think that this problem is not big and does not affect their work and life. When the condition is not serious, they choose not to treat it. In fact, this is wrong, because when the uterus is inflamed, the inflammation will become more and more serious without treatment. So what are the symptoms of uterine inflammation?

The main symptoms of uterine inflammation are:

1. Uterine bleeding

Irregular vaginal bleeding before and after menopause is the main symptom of endometrial cancer. It is often a small amount of bleeding and rarely a large amount of bleeding. This situation mostly occurs in younger or menopausal patients who mistakenly think that their menstrual cycle is irregular and fail to discover and seek medical treatment in time, and even doctors often neglect it. Some patients experience delayed menstrual cycles and irregular menstrual cycles. Postmenopausal patients often present with continuous or intermittent vaginal bleeding.

2. Pain

Due to the cancer, its bleeding and the congestion of fluid, the uterus is stimulated to contract irregularly and cause paroxysmal pain. This symptom mostly occurs in the late stage. If the cancer tissue penetrates the serosa or corrodes the parauterine connective tissue, bladder, straight or compresses other tissues, it may also cause pain, which often progressively worsens; it often radiates from the lumbar sacral region and lower abdomen to the thighs and knees.

3. Vaginal discharge

Because adenocarcinoma grows in the uterine cavity, the chance of infection is less than that of cervical malignant tumors. Therefore, in the early stage, there may be only a small amount of bloody leucorrhea. If infection and necrosis occur, a large amount of foul-smelling pus and blood will be discharged. Sometimes the discharge contains small pieces of cancerous tissue. Purulence appears in the cervical cavity, causing fever, abdominal pain, and leukocytosis. These conditions will rapidly worsen the condition.

I hope that the introduction to the above issues can be of some help to everyone. At the same time, if you find any of the above symptoms, you must go to the hospital for examination in time. Don't be lucky and delay the treatment. Secondly, pay attention to hygiene in daily life, pay attention to normal sex life, change underwear frequently, and expose underwear to the sun for disinfection.
