Cervical fibroids are a form of uterine disease, and some of them are more common in women after childbirth. Therefore, we need to pay attention to the influence of many factors such as personal hygiene after delivery. Fibroids are sometimes a complication, usually caused by miscarriage or other physiological phenomena, and some of our influencing factors are also one of the direct causes of the development of the disease. We need to cooperate with the treatment method so that future fertility will not be affected. 1. Fibroids affect the implantation of fertilized eggs and the development of the placenta, leading to placenta previa, placental abruption and placental adhesion. If the fibroids restrict the movement of the fetus in the uterus, the fetal position will become abnormal; if the fibroids hinder the connection of the fetal presenting part, it can cause premature rupture of the membranes. The incidence of antepartum hemorrhage is high when the fibroid is located in the placenta. 2. If the placenta is too close to or directly covers the uterine fibroids, it can easily lead to miscarriage, premature birth, early placental abruption, heavy postpartum bleeding, delayed labor and low birth weight, which will seriously affect the development and health of the fetus. 3. If the uterine fibroids are large, it is more likely to cause malposition of the fetus or premature birth. 4. Fibroids with stems may twist, and pregnant women may experience abdominal pain. At this time, it is important to pay attention and perform laparotomy in time to avoid more adverse consequences. 5. Most normal women, especially those of childbearing age, have uterine fibroids to varying degrees. Fibroids are located within the muscle wall and are surrounded by muscle layers. When they first occur, most of them are intramural fibroids, accounting for about 60%-70%. For women of childbearing age, if they are found to have intramural fibroids no larger than 5 cm before pregnancy and do not feel any discomfort, they can become pregnant normally without treatment. 6. On the contrary, surgical removal of fibroids causes greater trauma to the uterus and may lead to infertility. During pregnancy, a woman's estrogen level increases and fibroids grow rapidly. After pregnancy, as estrogen levels decrease, fibroids will naturally shrink. Therefore, most fibroids will not affect fertility. 7. Uterine fibroids are likely to cause menstrual disorders. Uterine fibroids are common benign tumors in women of childbearing age and most of them have no symptoms. Usually, fibroids are discovered unexpectedly during a gynecological examination. 8. If the fibroids grow rapidly, resulting in a relative lack of blood supply, some tissues will become edematous and softened, the whorl structure will disappear, and will be replaced by a uniform transparent substance. This can easily be confused with sarcoma degeneration during examination. About 0.4%-0.6% of uterine fibroids will transform into sarcomas, which is common in older people with larger and faster-growing fibroids, especially in elderly women with rapidly growing fibroids after menopause or fibroids that reappear after menopause. If the fibroids become malignant, surgery is required as soon as possible. Menstruation is an obvious sign of diagnosis. Most patients with uterine fibroids do not have any symptoms. If symptoms occur, it is closely related to the location of the fibroids, the growth rate and whether the fibroids have degenerated. The amount and presence of menstruation are obvious signs of uterine fibroids in women. According to the patient's condition, effective treatments can generally be used to help them, and patients need to pay attention to avoid excessive fatigue that affects the body. If the patient has cervical fibroids, certain parts of the tissue will be affected by it. Therefore, we recommend that you go to a relevant hospital for examination to help patients understand their own condition, and cooperate with some treatments to help patients get relief from treatment and other aspects. |
