(2) Abnormal vaginal discharge: Due to necrosis and ulceration of reproductive tract tumors, watery, bloody, or rice-soup-like vaginal discharge is produced, which may have a foul odor.

(3) Menstrual changes: Tumors of the uterus and certain ovaries can cause menstrual changes, including menorrhagia, irregular menstruation, or amenorrhea.

(4) Abdominal pain: Ovarian tumor torsion, rupture or infection; uterine submucosal fibroids prolapse from the cervical os or fibroid degeneration can all cause severe lower abdominal pain and become a gynecological acute abdomen.

(5) Changes in urination and defecation: Tumor compression or invasion of the urinary system and rectum can cause urinary retention, frequent urination, hematuria, bloody stools, and even urinary fistulas and fecal fistulas.

(6) Symptoms of metastatic cancer: Trophoblastic tumors often metastasize to the lungs, brain, etc. Metastasis to the lungs and respiratory tract may cause hemoptysis; metastasis to the brain may cause syncope; ovarian cancer metastasis to the greater omentum may cause abdominal distension, poor appetite, and gastrointestinal dysfunction.

(7) Cachexia: It is more common in patients with advanced malignant tumors. Obvious symptoms of weight loss and systemic exhaustion appear.
