White particles in female urethra

White particles in female urethra

There is milky white granular substance at the female urethral opening, which may be genital warts or genital herpes. Under normal circumstances, the mucous membrane of the female urethra is smooth and generally not prone to foreign matter. Patients with genital warts initially have flesh-pink columnar protrusions, which may turn into milky white granular substances in the middle and late stages.

For female friends, suffering from diseases such as genital warts is a huge blow to them. Genital warts are a kind of reproductive tract infection, and many of them are too embarrassed to go to the hospital for treatment. Genital warts not only seriously threaten their physical and mental health, but also have a great impact on their mental state. So, what are the treatments for female genital warts? The following is a detailed introduction for everyone:

1. Topical drug therapy: This type of drug has antiviral or local immunity enhancement effects. The drug is safe to use, causes little pain to the patient, and has good overall efficacy. This treatment is applicable to warts of various locations and types, but is less effective for pedunculated warts, and requires repeated or long courses of medication for significantly hypertrophic or extremely large warts.

2. Laser therapy: This therapy can quickly remove condyloma lesions. It is suitable for single warts with granules or cauliflower-like growths on the skin or mucous membranes of the genitals or around the anus, as well as single warts at the urethral orifice, vulva, vaginal wall or cervix. Single large cauliflower-like growths and pedunculated warts are also often treated with laser therapy. This treatment method is not suitable for large warts or repeated treatment of urethral and anal lesions, otherwise it is easy to cause adhesion and stenosis of the urethra or anus, resulting in difficulty in urination or defecation. Laser therapy can cause some pain to patients, especially for large-scale diseases, which may lead to infection, slow wound healing, scars or some physiological defects after treatment.

3. Photodynamic therapy: This treatment is mostly used for more localized, smaller warts or as a way to prevent recurrence after warts have been removed using laser or other treatments. This treatment has a good safety factor, but some parts may feel hot or painful when exposed to sunlight, and some may cause local edema. Each treatment time is longer and the treatment cost is also higher.
