Gynecological stomach pain, what is going on

Gynecological diseases are a symptom that has a greater impact on women. There are many types of gynecological diseases. Various gynecological diseases can make women feel very painful, and in severe cases can affect women's lives, causing disharmony in women's families, etc. Therefore, women need to pay attention to gynecological diseases, and gynecological abdominal pain is a symptom that occurs more frequently. Let's take a look at the introduction of what causes gynecological abdominal pain.

1. Ovulation abdominal pain. The ovulation period is about two weeks before menstruation. At this time, the follicle ruptures and the follicular fluid will irritate the peritoneum, so women will experience mild abdominal pain alternating between left and right, once a month. It often manifests as dull pain, heaviness or pain on one side. It can be as short as a few hours or as long as 2 days. This pain is a physiological problem and does not require treatment.

2. Dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea is divided into two types: primary and secondary. The former is more common in unmarried girls and is related to the level of prostaglandins in the body. It will be alleviated after marriage and childbirth. If dysmenorrhea becomes more severe after marriage, you should be careful about gynecological diseases. The most common one is endometriosis, which is secondary dysmenorrhea. The pain will gradually increase, with dull pain in the lower abdomen during non-menstrual periods and worsening before and after menstruation. This pain needs treatment.

3. Ovarian cyst. If you experience sudden stabbing pain on the right side of your body, as if being poked by a nail, and are accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and fever, it is likely that the ovarian cyst pedicle has been torsioned or perforated. At this time, there will be obvious tenderness and muscle tension in the abdomen, and you need to go to the hospital for treatment immediately.

4. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The lower abdominal pain caused by chronic pelvic inflammatory disease usually worsens after fatigue, sexual intercourse, and before and after menstruation. Some people will feel tired and insomnia, and need to be examined and treated.

From the above introduction, it is easy to find the answer to the question of what causes gynecological abdominal pain, but women need to go to the hospital for examination in time when symptoms appear in order to find out the cause and then treat it according to the cause. Finally, I hope women will pay attention to their living habits and avoid developing bad habits like staying up late.
