Why does back pain occur after ovulation?

Every normal girl will have menstruation every month, and there will be an ovulation period before this period. During this period, some girls will find that their backs ache after ovulation. This troubles many people, so people are looking for the reason. Next, I will explain some knowledge about ovulation to you.

Female ovulation is affected by endocrine hormones from the pituitary gland and ovaries and changes periodically. The length of the cycles of the two is the same, with one cycle per month, and ovulation occurs between two menstrual periods. Women's menstrual cycles vary in length, but the interval between ovulation and the start of the next menstruation is relatively fixed, usually around 14 days. Based on the relationship between ovulation and menstruation, the ovulation period can be calculated according to the menstrual cycle. The calculation method is to count from the first day of the next menstrual period, and count down 14 days or subtract 14 days to get the ovulation day. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after the ovulation day are called the ovulation period. This is also the theoretical basis of the safe period contraceptive method, because in the menstrual cycle, except for the menstrual period and ovulation period, the rest of the time is the safe period.

The cervical mucus is often dense in a small quantity, or even with no mucus at all after the menstruation is over, and it is called the "dry period", indicating a non-ovulation period. In the middle of the menstrual cycle, with endocrine changes, mucus increases and becomes thinner, and the increase in vaginal discharge is called the "wet period." As ovulation approaches, the mucus becomes clear, smooth and elastic, like egg white, with high stringiness and not easy to break. The last day of the appearance of this mucus ± 48 hours is the ovulation day. Therefore, when the vagina feels moist, it is the ovulation period, also known as the "fertile period." If you plan to conceive, you should choose the "wet period" before ovulation.

Therefore, girls should pay close attention to their bodies during the ovulation period. If you do not pay attention for a long time, some unexpected things may happen, and once the problem occurs, it will be more difficult to solve. For your own sake, you still have to consider the problem from many aspects. Finally, I hope everyone has a healthy body.
