Everyone's physical condition is different, so the degree of uterine contraction is also different. After the induction injection, the uterus will contract within 24 to 48 hours, and most of the time the fetus will be discharged within 72 hours. It is recommended to observe carefully whether there is fever and whether the bleeding is normal. If the bleeding is not complete, a second curettage is required. The second curettage will cause certain damage to the uterine wall. You need to pay attention to regulating the body and be careful not to apply vaginal medicine to prevent sexual organ infection. Regular uterine contractions are a sign of labor. Regular uterine contractions occur at intervals of 5-6 minutes and last for 30-40 seconds, accompanied by significant lower abdominal pain, which will dilate the cervix and lower the fetus. After the onset of regular uterine contractions, first-time mothers usually give birth in about 12-18 hours, while the time for primiparas is significantly shorter, usually giving birth in about 8 hours. The time from the onset of regular uterine contractions to delivery varies among different pregnant women. Once obvious regular uterine contractions appear, the woman should be hospitalized for delivery immediately and the progress of delivery should be closely monitored. Pregnant women will announce the onset of labor only after regular uterine contractions occur. Physiological uterine contractions may begin to occur in the first ten weeks of pregnancy. The main symptoms of pregnant women are occasional dull pain in the lower abdomen, or pain or tightness in the lower abdomen, which are all manifestations of uterine contractions. As the number of weeks of pregnancy increases, uterine contractions will gradually become more regular after full term, and will become cyclical when approaching delivery. The uterus will contract three times in ten minutes, and the compressive strength will gradually increase. Such uterine contractions are accompanied by the dilation of the cervical opening and the lowering of the fetal head position, which can be distinguished as before delivery. If the cervical opening is not dilated, the uterine contractions will weaken after rest, or there will be uterine contractions during the day and subside at night. This type of uterine contraction is physiological, not normal uterine contraction. |
