Keep bowel movements regular. Because constipation can induce dysmenorrhea and increase pain, you should eat more honey, bananas, celery, sweet potatoes, etc.

Keep a happy spirit and avoid excessive fatigue, tension, fear, worry and trouble. Reducing psychological stress can ease the severity of uterine spasms and thus relieve dysmenorrhea.

The diet within 3-5 days before menstruation should be light and easy to digest. During menstruation, eating some sour foods, such as sauerkraut, vinegar, etc., can help relieve pain.
