Breast hyperplasia? Endocrine disorders cause trouble

Breast hyperplasia? Endocrine disorders cause trouble

The main symptoms of patients with breast hyperplasia are breast pain and lumps, which usually worsen before menstruation or when emotions change, and improve after menstruation. The size and texture of breast lumps change cyclically with menstruation. The lumps increase in size and become harder before menstruation, and decrease in size and become tough but not hard after menstruation. The lumps feel like nodules of varying sizes, with unclear boundaries from surrounding tissues.

Why is breast hyperplasia related to endocrine disorders?

The causes of breast hyperplasia in women are currently believed to be related to endocrine disorders and mental factors. The external environment in which people live, work and living conditions, interpersonal relationships, neuropsychiatric factors caused by various stresses, etc. can all change the internal environment of the human body, thereby affecting the function of the endocrine system and causing abnormal secretion of one or several hormones.

Modern people are generally under great mental stress, and women face a lot of changing factors in work, interpersonal relationships, family, etc. Some women experience endocrine disorders and autonomic nervous system disorders caused by mental factors, and they have trouble sleeping and have a bad temper, all of which can have adverse effects on the breast.

Breast hyperplasia is also a "rich man's disease"

Many "rich diseases" brought about by high-quality life are plaguing more and more women. Hypertension and hyperglycemia, which were once considered to be diseases only suffered by the elderly, are now becoming more common among young people. Due to the influence of these diseases, women can easily suffer from endocrine disorders, with estrogen, progesterone levels and glandular structure all showing a certain degree of disorder. This leads to a significant increase in the incidence of breast hyperplasia. Therefore, the better the living standard and the more enviable the job of a woman, the more likely she is to develop breast disease.

Don't bear it if you have breast hyperplasia

The three most typical symptoms of breast hyperplasia are breast pain, lumps and nipple discharge. The last two items are similar to the symptoms of breast tumors. Therefore, women who have had breast hyperplasia may easily mistake other breast diseases for breast hyperplasia when these symptoms worsen, thus delaying the best time for treatment. And from the perspective of onset, most breast tumor patients have suffered from breast hyperplasia.

It is generally believed that severe atypical lobular or ductal hyperplasia, as well as large cystic disease and multiple intraductal papilloma, have a greater risk of malignant transformation. In addition, patients with breast hyperplasia who have more severe symptoms, longer medical history, harder lumps, and no obvious relationship between the lumps and menstruation, especially women with a family history of breast cancer, should be extra vigilant and never endure it.

1. Breast pain and breast diseases

Breast pain is the most common symptom of breast disease, and many breast diseases manifest as breast pain in the early stages. According to its nature, time of occurrence and accompanying signs, the most common causes are:

1. Acute breast infection: The pain is usually sudden, persistent, severe, and accompanied by obvious tenderness and redness and swelling of the skin.

2. Breast hyperplasia: The pain is characterized by regular occurrence according to the menstrual cycle, and the pain is distending or stabbing.

3. Breast cyst: irregular and persistent swelling and pain, accompanied by mild tenderness.

4. Breast cancer: An intermittent, sharp, stabbing pain that originates from inside the breast and does not extend to the outside of the breast. If this pain occurs, the breast should be carefully examined for lumps to rule out breast cancer.

Breast lumps and breast cancer

Some women may think that a fixed lump in their breast is hyperplasia. In fact, breast lumps can be seen in a variety of breast diseases, such as breast hyperplasia, fibroadenoma, milk cyst, lipoma, etc., and of course, breast cancer. Therefore, once a breast lump is discovered, you should go to the hospital for a systematic examination as soon as possible to obtain a clear diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

In fact, the most effective prevention method is to have regular physical examinations. Although diseases like breast hyperplasia are not malignant tumors, regular physical examinations can give you a clear understanding of the hidden dangers of physical diseases. Some diseases are caused by a series of problems in body functions. Take breast hyperplasia as an example. Its onset is generally caused by endocrine disorders. When you find that you have breast hyperplasia, it means that your endocrine system has begun to become disordered. Endocrine disorders can also cause other diseases, such as uterine fibroids, infertility, dysmenorrhea, etc. Women must be highly vigilant.
