Can I eat whole wheat flour during menstruation?

Women must be very careful about their diet during menstruation. In addition to not eating raw or cold food, they must also eat some nutritious food. Whole wheat flour has always been highly praised by health experts. It is rich in nutrients, can be used to make tea, and can be eaten by humans. It has always been loved by people, especially women. But when it comes to women, menstruation is also a topic that cannot be ignored, and people should pay special attention to their diet during menstruation.

Menstruation is the most sensitive period in women's lives. Many women do not take good care of themselves during menstruation, and they also need to take good care of their diet. Whole wheat flour is considered the queen among cereal foods, but whether whole wheat flour can be used during menstruation requires a deeper understanding of the characteristics of whole wheat flour.

There are two types of whole wheat flour: one is whole wheat flour containing bran, and the other is whole wheat flour without bran. According to the processing technology, it can be divided into: machine-processed whole wheat flour and stone-milled whole wheat flour.

Whole wheat flour is divided into two categories

One type is whole wheat flour without bran, the most representative of which is the whole wheat flour (Wheat Flour) from the Austrian baking (Backaldrin) company. This type of product is made by grinding high-quality wheat through a special process into coarse wheat flour (wheat semolina). The flour contains all the nutrients of wheat, and the product is rich in protein and fiber nutrients. At present, many domestic food companies use it to make some French crispy bread, which has a good wheat flavor.

The other type is the "whole wheat bread flour" which is more common in the market. This type of product is mainly produced by flour mills. The packaging is the same as ordinary flour, 50 pounds per bag. It is used directly as flour and is the main ingredient of bread. The added amount is 100%. However, the disadvantage of this type of product is its poor quality. Generally, bran is added to flour during production, and the product lacks wheat flavor. The toast made from it has a rough texture and no wheat flavor.

Whether each food is suitable for you must be judged based on your physical condition, and you should choose food that is suitable for you and beneficial to your health. Eating is the source of all diseases. In people’s daily lives, we must pay attention to diet and health preservation. First of all, we must ensure that we have a healthy body before we can pursue a better life.
