Pregnancy blood vessels will become clear

Many pregnant women will find that their bodies have many strange phenomena during pregnancy, such as enlarged breasts, thicker belly hair, and stretch marks. Most of these are normal changes during pregnancy and will generally disappear after delivery. So, why are blood vessels prominent during pregnancy?

Vascular damage is caused by the influence of growth hormone and compression of the fetus. Many pregnant women find that during pregnancy, the blood vessels in some parts of the body become more prominent, which is mostly normal. The obvious changes in blood vessels in the chest and upper limbs of pregnant women are due to the influence of estrogen, which causes the mammary glands to expand and the capillary blood volume of the human body to increase, leading to this condition. The blood vessels in the lower limbs become more prominent because the fetus compresses and expands the blood vessels in the lower limbs, causing varicose veins.

Pregnant women can do moderate exercise to reduce varicose veins and maintain a stable blood circulation system. Pregnant mothers usually go out for a walk, climb stairs, stretch their muscles and bones, and relieve swelling of the lower limbs. In addition, pregnant women should not stand or lie in a certain posture for a long time, as this is not conducive to blood circulation and will aggravate varicose veins.

During pregnancy, pregnant mothers should pay special attention to changes in their body. If any abnormalities such as vaginal bleeding or abdominal pain occur, they should actively check. In the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, pregnant mothers should also continue to observe the baby's fetal movements and heartbeats. If there are any abnormalities, they should seek medical attention in time to prevent the fetus from experiencing intrauterine distress or lack of oxygen.
