After the beginning of spring, the weather is unpredictable, and the temperature fluctuates. It is easy to have sudden changes in temperature, even within the same day. When spring returns to the earth, the yang energy of the human body begins to move to the surface, the pores begin to become loose, and the resistance to cold evil is weakened. Especially the elderly, children, and patients with chronic diseases are prone to cold at this time, leading to the occurrence of various diseases. As the saying goes, "cover in spring and freeze in autumn, and you will not get sick." How to cover? How long to cover?

The blood circulation in the lower body is relatively poorer than that in the upper body, and it is more susceptible to cold currents. Therefore, in early spring, you should pay attention to keeping the lower body warm, cover your waist, back, stomach, and feet, and always protect the body's yang energy.

1. Cover your belly. The navel is also called the Shenque point. Warming this point can stimulate the yang energy of the spleen and stomach.
