Interventional surgery is a minimally invasive surgery that uses percutaneous puncture and other methods to introduce interventional instruments into the human body under the guidance of medical imaging equipment to diagnose and treat diseases. Interventional surgery can be applied to various systems throughout the body, such as cardiovascular, nervous, digestive, respiratory, urinary, etc.

The principle of interventional surgery is to introduce interventional instruments into the human body and use the physical effects of the instruments or the chemical effects of drugs to treat the lesions. The advantages of interventional surgery include less trauma, faster recovery, simple operation, and fewer complications.

Common interventional surgeries include interventional treatment for coronary heart disease, interventional treatment for tumors, interventional treatment for blood vessels, interventional treatment for nerves, etc. Interventional surgery has been widely used in clinical practice, especially for some diseases that are difficult to treat with traditional surgery. Interventional surgery can provide patients with an effective treatment method.

Interventional treatment has the following advantages:

1. Minimally invasive: Compared with traditional surgical operations, interventional treatment is less traumatic. It only requires a small incision of a few millimeters on the skin to complete the operation, with less pain and faster recovery.2.

2. Safety: Interventional treatment is performed under the guidance of imaging equipment, which can accurately locate the lesion, reduce the risk of surgery and improve the safety of surgery.

3. Effectiveness: Interventional therapy can directly act on the lesion site, with significant therapeutic effects. Some diseases can be cured through interventional therapy.

4. Repeatability: Interventional therapy can be performed multiple times without causing too much impact on the body. For patients who cannot be cured in one treatment, interventional therapy is a good supplementary treatment method.

What should I pay attention to after interventional treatment?

1. Although interventional treatment is a minimally invasive surgery, the following matters need to be noted after surgery:

2. Observe vital signs: After the operation, closely observe the patient's vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, body temperature, etc. If any abnormality is found, report it to the doctor in time.

3. Rest and diet: After surgery, you should rest and avoid strenuous exercise and heavy physical labor. The diet should be light and easy to digest, and avoid greasy and irritating food.

4. Keep the wound clean and dry: Keep the wound clean and dry after surgery to avoid infection. If you find symptoms such as wound exudation, redness, swelling, and pain, you should report it to the doctor in time.

5. Take medicine on time: After the operation, you need to take medicine on time according to the doctor's instructions to prevent infection and promote recovery.

6. Regular follow-up: Regular follow-up is required after surgery to understand the treatment effect and changes in the condition.

In short, interventional therapy has the advantages of less trauma, high safety, good effectiveness and repeatability, and is an effective treatment method.
