The daily salt intake of adults should not exceed 5 grams. Excessive salt intake will increase the risk of high blood pressure, while too little salt intake cannot meet the normal physiological needs of the human body.

In addition, drinking a lot of water before or after a meal will dilute gastric juice, and soaking rice in soup will also affect the digestion of food.
