Fungal vaginitis

Vaginal candidiasis is also called vaginal candidal infection. The prominent symptoms are excessive leucorrhea and itching in the private parts and vagina. In more serious cases, the patient may feel uneasy, have abnormal pain, and may also have frequent urination, urgency, pain during urination, and pain during sexual intercourse.

The discharge is thick and white like bean curd, the vaginal endometrium is highly edematous, and there are small white flakes of film adhering, which are easy to fall off. There is an erosive base of damaged mucosa or shallow ulcers underneath. In severe cases, ecchymoses may be left behind, which are typical symptoms of the disease. Another type of patient has a lot of watery or purulent discharge without white lumps, and the vaginal mucosa is moderately red and edematous, without severe itching and burning, and only a feeling of moisture in the vulva.

Nonspecific vaginitis

I have nonspecific vaginitis, with a feeling of falling and burning in my private parts and vagina, a lot of epithelial cells in the vagina falling off, hematoma of the vaginal mucosa, and obvious dull pain. In more serious cases, patients may experience general fatigue, abdominal discomfort, excessive leucorrhea, pus-like or serous discharge, and irritation of the urethra, resulting in frequent, urgent, and painful urination.

There is a lot of abnormal secretions in the vagina, which is caused by the swelling of the cervix, causing a lot of abnormal secretions to flow into the vagina. Also, obvious cervical tenderness and obvious uterine tenderness are the main manifestations of cervicitis. These will cause excessive secretions, which are discharged into the vagina through the cervix. Therefore, vaginitis cannot be diagnosed based solely on abnormal secretion tests, but should be combined with the results of a gynecological examination.
