2. Syringe liposuction

Prepare two disposable syringes of about 20 ml, keep the piston in one of them, and then connect the two syringes with a liquid transfer tube of about 10 cm. Then, place the syringe with the piston removed on the indented nipple, insert another syringe, and suck out the nipple by air pressure. The working pressure of liposuction depends on the patient's personal feeling and the condition of nipple protrusion. Generally, it is best not to feel pain. Maintain air pressure for more than 5 minutes during application.

3. Manual breast pump negative pressure suction

A manual breast pump used during breastfeeding can also help correct the actual effect of nipple indentations. Congenital nipple indentations can also be corrected in this way. The use of a manual breast pump is based on the normal operation of sucking the nipples. It can be repeated several times a day, each time for 10 to 15 minutes.
