What is the cause of breast lump and pain?

What is the reason for breast lumps to be a little painful? If the breast pain is accompanied by a lump that is felt when touched, it often makes women tremble with fear.

Common benign fibrocystic changes or fibroadenomas in women feel like lumps to the touch, and fibrocysts can also cause pain. The pain it causes is mostly located in the area under the armpits on both sides of the breast. The cause of this type of lump is unclear, but it is generally believed to be caused by an imbalance of male hormones or excessive stimulation. In addition, they may appear in more than one place, but in several places or in both breasts.

What causes breast lump pain?

Breast experts have repeatedly stressed that fibrocystic fibrosis, also known as hygroma, is a common clinical manifestation (chagne), not a disease (disease). "Fibrous cysts" specifically refer to changes in the fibrous connective tissue that occurs in the breast and surrounding areas. When the tissue is enlarged, it looks like a circle of small reservoirs. The larger ones feel like a hard lump to the touch, and their size fluctuates with the coming and going of menstruation, and they cause pain because they pull on the surrounding tissues.

Fibrocystic fibrosis can occur in women of all ages, especially between 30 and 50 years old. About 85% to 90% of women have this problem. Women who take testosterone can also develop fibrocystic fibrosis, but it usually disappears automatically 2 to 3 years after stopping the medication.

There is currently no way to completely eliminate fibroids, the only way is to live with them. If the pain is unbearable, although it can be removed by empty needle liposuction to reduce pressure and pain, the same location is easy to reappear and cause the same change.

Pay attention to regulating your mood, eat less bean products, and reduce the intake of estrogen in food.
