Urethral cyst

Urethral cyst

Urethral cyst is a common genitourinary disease and is generally not common in clinical medicine. Most people are not very familiar with this type of disease, and it is not easy to detect even after it occurs. Both men and women are likely to have urethral cysts. If these symptoms are not treated promptly and effectively, they can easily develop into urethral cancer. Therefore, we must actively prevent this type of disease in our lives. Only by actively treating it after getting sick can we effectively solve the damage of urethral cyst.

After the onset of urethral cyst, male patients' urethral opening will be blocked or have a lump. In addition, many cysts will appear around the urethral opening, and urine retention will occur during urination. In most cases, milky white purulent fluid will be secreted from the urethra. The patient may experience pain and itching at the urethral opening, as well as hematuria or bleeding during ejaculation. Men around 40 years old are the most prone to this disease, and elderly women are also very likely to develop urethral cysts.

Female patients may experience urinary pain, inability to hold urine, urethral bleeding and hematuria after the onset of the disease. In severe cases, they may even experience sexual intercourse pain. At present, the best way to treat urethral cyst is total urethral removal surgery. Male patients also need to remove part of their genitals or lymph nodes, while female patients also need to remove their bladder and urethra. Then carry out urinary line rerouting surgery. Only in this way can the disease be effectively controlled to further harm the human body. Here we need to remind many patients that the actual effect of radioactive material treatment on urethral cyst is minimal.

In general, both men and women should have a better understanding of urethral cysts. Although this type of disease is relatively rare in life, it can easily lead to death if it is not treated in time after becoming ill. We must develop good living habits in our daily life and never engage in unclean sex life often. It is best to take a bath and change your underwear regularly, and never have sex with people with gynecological or male diseases. In fact, if you can ensure annual regular physical examinations, it is the best way to prevent this kind of disease.
