Pain in the right side of lower back

Pain in the right side of lower back

In daily life, women often suffer from lower back pain because their body structures are different from men's. There are many reasons for this type of pain. Usually, female friends cannot tell what exactly causes the waist pain. Once waist pain occurs, it will have a serious impact on girls' feelings. What is causing the dull pain on the right side of a woman’s waist?

1. Pelvic inflammatory disease: Women suffering from pelvic tissue inflammation, such as adnexitis, salpingitis, pelvic peritonitis and other diseases, can cause waist symptoms, and the main manifestations are unilateral or bilateral waist symptoms. In addition to low back pain, women suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease may also experience lower abdominal distension and pain, fever, limb weakness, increased vaginal discharge and other main symptoms.

2. Cervicitis: It includes inflammation of the cervicovaginal lining and cervical canal mucosa. The main symptoms of the patient are increased female secretions, which are mucopurulent. Under the stimulation of secretions, it can cause vulvar itching and burning sensation, and there may be bleeding during sexual intercourse. In addition, under the stimulation of inflammation, there may be left waist pain.

3. Uterine fibroids: Uterine fibroids are the most common malignant tumors. The disease itself can cause back pain, and may also cause lower abdominal pain, increased menstrual flow, prolonged menstruation, lower abdominal lumps, and excessive leucorrhea. In addition, if uterine tumors are not treated promptly, uterine fibroids can leave chronic pelvic pain and cause lumbar pain.

4. Uterine prolapse: Patients with uterine prolapse have a falling abdomen and obvious lower back pain. This is because the uterus moves downward along the vagina. Due to the lack of supporting tissue in the pelvis and reduced supporting force, the abdominal pressure increases, resulting in a feeling of falling. Excessive traction causes lower back pain, which is more obvious when walking and squatting.

5. Endometriosis: The most typical manifestation of endometriosis is menstrual pain, and the pain often starts 1-2 days before the menarche, is most severe on the first day of the menstrual period, and then gradually eases and disappears when the menstruation is over. Generally, this kind of pain is mainly in the lower abdomen, lumbosacral region and pelvis. In addition, patients may also have symptoms such as irregular menstruation and discomfort in sexual life.

6. Menstrual pain: When women enter their menstrual period, some women will have a dull pain in their lower abdomen, which is what we often call menstrual pain. If this condition begins during puberty, it is mostly physiological and only requires medical care during menstruation.
