Women's reproductive health is the most important thing in life, because in modern life more and more women are threatened by their reproductive health, which disrupts their original rhythm of life. There are many reproductive health problems, among which leucorrhea is one of the most common phenomena. Female leucorrhea is a liquid secreted by the reproductive tract and has health indication significance. Let’s take a look at the cleanliness of leucorrhea. What does leucorrhea cleanliness mean? The cleanliness of leucorrhea is normal if it is at degree one, which means that the white blood cell count does not exceed the normal range, and there are no trichomonas or fungi. The leucorrhea secretion is relatively clean, which is degree one. Degree two means that there are slightly more white blood cells than degree one, and there are a few epithelial cells. These cells are slightly more when viewed under a microscope, which is called degree two. Of course, the cleanliness of degree one and degree two are both within the normal range and do not require any treatment. They are all normal. Generally, the cleanliness of degree three or above is not clean, with relatively more white blood cells and leucorrhea being turbid. There may be some problems and it needs to be tested again. The cleanliness of vaginal discharge is determined by the number of vaginal bacilli, white blood cells (WBC) and miscellaneous bacteria under microscope observation. The cleanliness of vagina can generally be divided into four levels: Grade I: There are a large number of vaginal bacilli and epithelial cells, no miscellaneous bacteria or white blood cells, the field of vision is clear, and the secretions are normal. Grade II: There are moderate amounts of vaginal bacilli and epithelial cells, a small amount of white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria, and it is still normal vaginal secretions. Grade III: A small amount of vaginal bacilli and squamous epithelium, but a relatively large number of miscellaneous bacteria and white blood cells, indicating milder vaginal inflammation. Grade IV: There are no vaginal bacilli, only a few epithelial cells, a large number of white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria. It indicates relatively severe vaginal inflammation, such as candidal vaginitis and Trichomonas vaginitis. The discharge of white mucus such as mucus or saliva from a woman's vagina, accompanied by systemic or local symptoms, is called pathological leucorrhea, which is mostly caused by physical weakness or phlegm and dampness, and is equivalent to vaginitis in Western medicine. |
