Full term pregnancy abdominal pain

Full term pregnancy abdominal pain

When the pregnancy is full-term, there will be symptoms of lower abdominal pain. This is mainly caused by morning sickness and the enlargement of the uterus in the early stages of pregnancy. In addition, in the early stages of pregnancy, the belly will gradually grow larger, which will also cause lower abdominal pain. As long as the pregnant woman adjusts her sitting posture and walks appropriately, the pain can be relieved. If the pain in early pregnancy is severe, you need to check whether it is caused by ectopic pregnancy or uterine disease.

Will you have stomach pain in the early stages of pregnancy? Stomach pain is a normal physiological reaction in early pregnancy. Because the uterus enlarges and stimulates the bones, pregnant women will feel a dull pulling pain in the abdomen. If you love sports, you may feel a dull pulling pain in your abdomen after hiking or playing table tennis, which is similar to normal stomach pain. For some expectant mothers, the enlarged uterus constantly stimulates the lower edge of the ribs, which may cause dull rib pain or pain due to the relaxation and separation of the pubic symphysis, and even lead to limited movement. However, these conditions are normal physiological reactions after pregnancy and do not require special treatment. The pain can be relieved by sleeping in the left side position. Expectant mothers don’t need to worry, the symptoms can be relieved by resting in bed more.

2. Pathological causes such as ectopic pregnancy and uterine adnexal disease

In the early stages of pregnancy, abdominal pain is more obvious and unbearable. Pregnant mothers should undergo a blood hCG test to rule out threatened abortion or ectopic pregnancy, or undergo a further comprehensive physical examination to rule out other uterine adnexal diseases.
