It takes about ten months for a pregnant woman to give birth successfully. The entire pregnancy period is divided into three stages. The first three to four months are the early stage, the middle three to four months are the middle stage, and the last three months are the late stage. In the early stages of pregnancy, fetal development is more sensitive. Pregnant women must take in enough nutrition, and all indicators must meet the requirements to ensure the health of the fetus. If hcg is low in the early stages of pregnancy, it should be taken seriously and the doctor's advice should be followed for supplementation. If the hCG value is too low, it may easily cause some abnormal pregnancy phenomena, which is extremely dangerous for both the pregnant woman and the fetus. Therefore, when the hCG value is low, you must find a way to increase the hCG value of the pregnant woman, otherwise it will affect your health. After a normal person becomes pregnant, the HCG content in the blood increases rapidly, reaching its peak at 60-80 days of pregnancy, with a peak value of 10,000-12,000 μg/L, and then gradually decreases to reach its lowest level at 160-180 days of pregnancy, but is still significantly higher than normal, and then rises slightly and continues to remain until delivery; in twin pregnancies, serum HCG increases by more than double that of single pregnancies; in ectopic pregnancies, serum HCG is lower than the normal pregnancy value during the same period. Human chorionic gonadotropin enters the maternal blood after fertilization and proliferates rapidly until the 8th week of pregnancy, then slowly decreases in concentration until the 18th to 20th week, and then remains stable. Generally, an increase in the level of human chorionic gonadotropin to at least 2.5MoM is associated with Down syndrome. However, the actual average level of complete human chorionic gonadotropin in the maternal blood of DS patients is only 1.3MoM, which cannot clearly identify DS patients. The human chorionic gonadotropin-related molecules used for DS examination are free b-hCG and high sugar hCG (H-hCG). The levels of human chorionic gonadotropin-related molecules are also related to the sex of the fetus. The levels of human chorionic gonadotropin in baby girls are significantly higher than those in baby boys. Complete human chorionic gonadotropin is produced entirely by the syncytiotrophoblast of the placental chorion. Human chorionic gonadotropin is produced by trophoblast transitional cells and syncytial cells. Human chorionic gonadotropin begins to be secreted 10-14 days after conception. |
