What to do if your breasts sag? You need to combine diet therapy with exercise

One phenomenon that women don't want to face after giving birth is sagging breasts. Also, as you age, the phenomenon of sagging breasts will become obvious. You can take the approach of diet and exercise to make your breasts firmer and fuller.

1. Diet therapy

If you want to restore the elasticity of your breasts, you should eat more foods rich in collagen, and pig's trotters are the best choice.

Both pig tails and chicken feet are rich in gelatin, which is very beneficial for breast enhancement. If you only drink the soup, it is also very good.

2. Postpartum exercises to strengthen chest muscles

The chest muscles can cause the breasts to sag and shift due to lack of exercise and aging. Therefore, exercise is necessary to activate and strengthen muscles. Since the movements are simple, you may want to practice them every day when you have time.

1) Floor breast enhancement exercise - Lie flat on the floor with your knees bent naturally and your feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips, tighten your abdomen, and keep your waist on the ground. Grab the dumbbells and place your hands flat on the ground with your palms facing up. Lift the dumbbells just above your chest, hold for 3 seconds and then lower them. If you don't have dumbbells at home at the beginning, you don't have to buy a set immediately. You can use a mineral water bottle filled with water instead.

2) Put your palms together and press your hands hard - Put your palms together and press your palms hard against each other. When pressing together, the pectoral muscles on both sides of the chest are stretched and tense, and then relax after about 5 seconds. Repeat about 10 times.

3) Push-ups on the bed - Lie flat on the bed, support your body with your hands, tighten your abdomen and straighten your chest, and keep your arms perpendicular to the bed. Lie prone on the bed with your arms bent, but your body should not touch the bed. Do a few every day and gradually increase the number.

3. Massage before bed

Massage method: Every morning before getting up and every night before going to bed, apply appropriate amount of Polyniya around the chest (avoiding the areola), and massage the breasts with both hands for 20 minutes. The specific method is: lie on your back on the bed, and massage in a rotating manner from the breast area to the nipple, first in a clockwise direction, then in a counterclockwise direction, until the breast skin turns slightly red, and finally pull up the nipple 5-10 times. This can stimulate the entire breast, including the glandular ducts, breast fat, connective tissue, nipple and areola, making the breasts fuller and more elastic.
